创作灵感 Inspiration

2017年10月，在古根汉姆基金会创建80周年之际，瞿广慈以纽约古根汉姆博物馆螺旋形状的设计外观为灵感，与纽约古根汉姆博物馆合作推出——稀奇艺术「‘一杯子’ X 天使古根汉姆博物馆骨瓷杯」，致敬古根汉姆基金会的创始人所罗门·罗伯特·古根海姆（Solomon Robert Guggenheim,1861-1949年）和伟大的建筑师弗兰克·劳埃德·赖特（Frank Lloyd Wright）。整只杯子的外形酷似纽约古根汉姆博物馆的外观，呈螺旋状。稀奇艺术的经典作品《彩虹天使》以浮雕的形式与纽约古根汉姆博物馆完美“合体”。

在材质和工艺上，天使古根汉姆骨瓷杯与稀奇艺术“一杯子”系列一脉相承，均含36%以上骨粉的优质骨瓷，质地温润。且经特殊涂附技术及高达1300度的高温处理，工艺更加复杂，捏握时的触感高度平滑，圆润且舒适。杯身由高效抗菌深度自洁纳米釉图层覆盖，纳米自洁，水不挂杯。金色的手柄来自德国18K贺利氏金水，典雅别致。

In October 2017, to commemorate the 80th anniversary of the Guggenheim Foundation, Qu Guangci collaborated with the Guggenheim Museum in New York, inspired by its spiral design, to launch the "A Cup" x Angel Guggenheim Museum Bone China Cup, a tribute to the Guggenheim Foundation's founder, Solomon Robert Guggenheim (1861-1949), and the great architect Frank Lloyd Wright. The cup's shape closely resembles the Guggenheim Museum's exterior, exhibiting a spiral form. Xiqi Art's classic work, "Rainbow Angel," is seamlessly integrated with the Guggenheim Museum's design in relief.

In terms of materials and craftsmanship, the Angel Guggenheim Bone China Cup shares the same lineage as Xiqi Art's "A Cup" series, both featuring high-quality bone china containing over 36% bone ash, resulting in a warm and smooth texture. Furthermore, it undergoes a special coating technique and high-temperature treatment up to 1300 degrees Celsius, resulting in a more complex manufacturing process and a highly smooth, rounded, and comfortable feel when gripped. The cup body is covered with a highly effective antibacterial, deep-cleaning nano-glaze coating, which is nano-self-cleaning and prevents water from clinging to the cup. The gold handle is made with 18K Heraeus gold from Germany, adding an elegant and unique touch.

“一杯子、一辈子”。稀奇艺术“一杯子”系列是艺术家瞿广慈为世界带来的可以使用一生的器物。 人生之路蜿蜒曲折，历经考验，所以 每款“一杯子”的杯身表面也不是平滑规整的，每一处线条的拐角与弧度，以及每一块的凸起与凹陷都是经过艺术家的反复思考，也体现了艺术家对于人生的感悟。

Life’s path is winding and strewn with trials. Accordingly, no “One Cup” has a perfectly smooth, uniform surface: every change of angle, every curve, every rise and hollow has been thoughtfully shaped by the artist, reflecting his own insights into the journey of life.
